**** GONG BATH ****
A GONG BATH represents an ancient, multi-dimensional form of sound healing meditations used for meditation, healing, and communication purposes for nearly 6,000 years. Gong Master and originator of Gong Yoga, Don Conreaux views the gong as an instrument of peace and, inspired by the bronze-age tradition of melting down weapons of war and recasting them into bells and gongs.
As rightfully described by Don Conreaux, “the gong is known as an instrument of transformational power” and translates to “an engine of power releasing tone resonance and complex harmonics that are transferred to the recipient.” It is considered a bath as you are bathed in vibrations from the instruments.
Gong music can be used to re-balance the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies by creating an etheric opening of fullness relieving the stress of life and revitalizing the immune and nervous system.
Gong music creates a soothing sonic environment for deep relaxation. The vibration of the sounds will penetrate your energetic body, balancing, aligning, synchronizing and expanding the natural circular movement of your chakras allowing the energy to flow freely through your meridians.
We will use the voice to tune with the sound.
Gong Baths may be described as very strong, particularly during crescendos, leaving one feeling refreshed and resonating with notable healing effects on body, mind, and spirit.
According to the gong master: ‘the gong can make you experience :
Inner peace or Bliss:
Immortality or time-lessness”
Deva likes to add: Inner connection
RESONANCE and ENTRAINMENT
A GONG BATH is energy clearing and toning the Subtle Body, producing a strong natural healing.
It balances your entire network of vibration, regenerating the physical and astral bodies, as well as the brain.
